1. Why don’t you suggest low-temp disperse ink(sublimation ink)?

Low-temp disperse ink will have second sublimation when you iron clothe though it has bright colors, and this situation will happen especially within container with high temperature and high humidity on the sea.

The permeability of high-temp disperse ink is better, while low-temperature disperse ink only color only the surface of fabric.

High-temp disperse ink can solve the problem of second sublimation.

2. What ink brand you are using now?

The ink is customized from ink supplier after strict testing. Then we use on customer factory.

3. For 2021,how many machines you had sold ?

In 2021, more than 100 sets of YS machines are sold in global. We have the biggest number of Ricoh head machines for textile printing in global.

4. Why we choose your company rather than other Ricoh head machine suppliers?

We have the fastest machine which can do 210m/h in 2 pass under same printing condition. Our cartridge can reach 1.5m/s with gen6 head.

We design head board which is especially for Ricoh head.

We have the most amount of Ricoh head machines than other brands in global.
