1. Do you use BYHX brand for head board?

We have our own R&D team to design our own board which can suit Ricoh head better.

We started to Ricoh head board since 2013, BYHX started from 2019 and they don’t have experience on Ricoh gen5e model.

BYHX is a board company , famous for doing Epson head board mainly, they don’t focus on textile printing.

2. What’s the difference between reactive ink and pigment ink printing process?

For reactive ink: It needs steaming and washing after printing which means more machine.

The process is complicated.

For pigment ink,the process is simple. It doesn’t need steaming and washing machines. it needs fixation after printing process only.

3. For steaming and coating machine can you find them for me?

For steaming and coating machine , we have some cooperated suppliers. A whole plan can which suits our machine printing speed can be provided if you need.

4. How about your machine speed?

1 pass is 540spm per hour for 1816 with gen6 head.

1 pass is 330sqm per hour for 1808 with gen6 head.

5. What ink can be used ?

Reactive ink, disperse ink, acid ink and pigment ink can be used on our machine.

On the same machine, different ink can’t be used together.

If you use pigment ink or disperse ink firstly, other ink can not be used on this machine. If machine use reactive ink or acid ink,you can use other inks after cleaning ink pipes.
