1. How to match the dryer with printer?

It’s inline for dryer. The unwinding motor will adjust the feeding speed by sensor the printer speed which controlled by a sensor.

2. Feeding device is available for the machine?

Feeding system is included on the printer. And we also provide “A” type feeding device for optional.

3. For feeding system, what’s the max. Fabric foll ?

50 cm is the Max. diameter. The thickness of fabric will affect the fabric length for a roll

4. which brand of machine belt you use?

We use Teflon brand, and the length is 4.1m.

5. The difference between Gen5e head and Gen6 head?

Gen5e head: it’s has bigger liquid drop size, 7-14-21pl; it’s more suitable for disperse ink and pigment ink.

Gen5e head: it’s has smaller liquid drop size, 5-10-15pl, it’s more suitable for reactive ink and acid ink.

Machine with gen6 head, the cartridge speed will be faster which is 1.5m/s.
