The color brightness is not good as reactive ink which is the disadvantages for pigment ink. Some chemical can be added which can make it brighter.

2. Can we have better hand feeling for pigment ink ?

Yes, we can. Through adding softer chemical can make pigment ink fabric with better hand feeling
