1. How long a Ricoh head can be used?

Ricoh head can be used for 3 years based on our experience in China customer printing situation. In 2022,during CNY holiday Covid happened, all of our machines couldn’t run but when we return to work, all heads running well even they haven’t print for more than 40 days

Ricoh head machine can be turned off in holidays also after daily working.

2. Ricoh head have how many channels?

Channels for each Ricoh head. The resolution is 600*300dpi for 1 pass, 600*600dpi for 2 pass ...

3. You do 8 color or 6 color?

We do 8 colors. But 6 color also is available through reducing 2 heads and it also can save head cost. when you need 8 colors we can install the rest 2 heads.

4. How about after-sale service?

24 hours will be provide online service in even in holiday. Video calls can be provided. We will provide online instruction customers and agents.

5. Does your machine have cover?

Cover for machine is not suggested from our company. Customer required us to remove the cover for our old machine. because they said that it is not convenient for them to observe the fabric feeding situation. Then for the later design we cut the cover.
