Disadvantages: uneven upper and lower steam, which may cause There are slight differences in pattern vividness). The factory production generally uses a continuous steamer (advantages: uniform saturated steam, high production stability, and high efficiency. Disadvantages: the color of the steamed product is relatively lighter, takes up a lot of space, and consumes a lot of energy).

The steaming temperature is generally 102°C-105°C. The steaming time varies depending on the type of fabric. For cotton fabrics, the steaming time is generally 10min-15min. The dye is hydrolyzed and the color yield decreases.

The washing process is: rinse with cold water three times → soap wash (2g/l sodium hexametaphosphate and 2g/l LIPOTOL RK-50 at 90°C for 2-5 minutes) → wash with cold water

(Mass production can be washed with rope overflow dyeing machine and industrial washing machine)

In order to enhance the hand feel, the washed fabric can be soaked with softener for 5 minutes, but some softeners will make the color of the pattern lighter, so you should pay attention when using it!

Stenter drying

Small batches of fabrics for proofing can be dried in an oven at a temperature of 90 °C. For mass production, the fabric can be dried with a stenter dryer (setting machine), and the temperature should not be too high to avoid yellowing of the fabric.
