Located in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, Hangzhou Yisheng Digital company focus on Ricoh head machine since 2017. Hangzhou Yisheng is set up with Hangzhou Tongling company and Hangzhou Dingshang Company. From 2017 to 2022, we only have Ricoh head machine with Ricoh gen5e head and gen6 head. We don’t have too much products because we want to do a product in the best. Now we have the fastest speed machine among Ricoh head machines. The speed can do 450-480m/h in 2 pass which is 20-30% faster.

Except high speed, machine stability also is the point that makes customer choose YS machine. Now we have many big customers who had purchased more than 5 sets. In high-temp disperse ink printing application, we have a big customer who had purchased 6 sets for disperse ink printing. Many customer had try doing disperse ink printing but they all failed. With the cooperation with our customer, we solved some problems like oil problem.

Traditional printing: Pattern design -- flower tube engraving (or net board production, circular net production) -- color paste modulation -- printing pattern -- post-processing (cooking, desizing, washing)

Digital printing:

Activity/acidity: Fabric testing -- sizing -- printing -- drying -- evaporating -- washing and shaping

Disperse direct spraying: fabric testing -- sizing -- printing -- drying -- baking (transfer) -- washing and shaping

Coating: Fabric testing - sizing - printing - drying - fixing

Yes, we caaept OEM/ODM with your brand or your design. But we will require a MOQ for different models.

It depends. Usually we have stocks. If no stock, our lead time varies from 10-15 days.
