In 2015, YS design our own control system and boards especially for ricoh head. The driving program of ricoh head is provided by machine manufacturer. But kyocera head machine’s head driving program is provided by head supplier. This is a big difference between ricoh head and kyocera head. And designing a driving program needs high tech for machine manufacturer.

Now we have 4-8-16-32 head machine, 8 and 16 head machine is very popular in global. The speed of 32 head machine can reach 450-480m/h in 2 pass printing. While the speed of other brand machine is around 450m/h in 2 pass but with high price. Compared with speed and price, YS machine is a good choose.

There are two ways of printing: directly printing and digital printing. Let’s learn about directly printing firstly.

Direct printing is the use of screen, roller directly printed colorant (dye or pigment) on the white or light background color fabric, forming a print pattern, and then according to the nature of the used colorant for the corresponding color fixation, washing and other processes, is the current mainstream textile printing method. Commonly used equipment includes rotary screen printing machine, flat screen printing machine and roller printing machine. Round and flat screen printing technology is mature, high production efficiency, low operating cost, high reliability of equipment, easy to maintain.

1. Free samples service
We provide fabric samples and it’s free. We can take videos when we print on your fabric.

2. Quality control
We have a strict quality control system. We will do test before we send you machine, making machine running which confirm it can run in good way.

3. Do you have covers?
For now we provide covers for 16 head machine, it’s optional.
In china, many customer will require us to move the covers in order to observe the printing situation because it’s normal that one worker takes care of 2-3 sets of machine. So without covers, it’s more easy for worker to observe the feeding and printing situation.
