About Us

In 2021, we have 2 factory building which give us more space to produce machines. Every month we can produce 10 sets of machines. Every month we have machines sent to customer, and we have big customer who have more than 5 sets of YS machine.

 

Our goal is helping customer to earn more money, and in the whole process, we will try to meet all requirements of customer which lead to a continue and fast production. We also will support customer to do test for better printing result.

 

 

 

Digital printing is divided into digital direct injection printing and digital transfer printing. Digital direct injection printing is to pre-treat the fabric before ink-jet printing, dye ink printing after steam or baking, and then wash to remove impurities such as slurry and dye float in the pre treatment process to improve the color fastness of the dye. No need to steam and wash paint ink after printing, only need to dry. In digital transfer printing, ink is printed on transfer paper to form a specific pattern, which is then transferred to the fabric through high temperature and pressure.

 

When customer have demand for machine, we need to know clearly about customer’s situation. And provide a good plan for customer, helping customer earn money with smallest cost in advance.
