What Is The Difference Between Digital Printing Pure Cotton Direct Injection And Reactive Printing?

Pure cotton direct-injection printing belongs to the material description of printing, and reactive printing belongs to the process description of printing.

Pure cotton direct-injection printing refers to converting the designed artwork into digital form and transmitting it to the computer, editing and processing by the computer printing color separation drawing system, and then directly ejecting the proprietary ink as pure ink by the computer-controlled micro-voltage nozzle. On cotton fabrics, the colors are mixed to form the original pattern. (By adjusting the curve through the color management system, perfect color conversion can be achieved, what you see is what you get) The direct injection process of pure cotton material can use reactive ink, dispersion ink, paint ink, etc.

Coating inks use tiny pigment particles to develop color on the surface of fibers, and form a film on the surface of the fabric through adhesive bonding. The color and fastness on pure cotton are not as good as other inks. At present, since the disperse inks of DuPont and other companies are mainly composed of disperse dyes, dispersants, cosolvents, deionized water, etc., the fluency is relatively good. Mainly used for digital inkjet printing of synthetic fiber fabrics such as polyester and nylon.
